Colby was Wonderful! My husband and I started this process back in 2023 with interest in a very specific house. When that option did not meet our expectations plans changed multiple times, until eventually selling our home in May 2024. Colby never missed a beat, set up listing appointments at the drop of a hat, walked us through any question we had and ultimately sold our house in 4 days. The process was incredibly easy and stress free (as much as selling & moving can be!!!). We would recommend him and the entire ColdWell Seacoast team to anyone in need.
